Live Support has returned, after a long hibernation. Live support will be a paid service (which we will set up at some point). Free support can be done by putting in a ticket through the Trouble Ticket System on the left column. Service Level Agreements for free support are 24 hour turnaround. Live Support operates weekday afternoons into the night, closing at about 10-11PM (times vary). Use the button below for Live Support.
Additionally, we DO NOT support Windows 3.1/3.11/95/98/98SE/ME. We follow all the same support guidelines that Microsoft itself observes. We do appreciate your understanding in this matter.
